No, and that is deliberate. Nannies are W-2 household employees and should be paid through a proper payroll service, with taxes handled correctly. Nanny Nexus tracks hours worked and keeps a shared record of expenses and mileage for reimbursement, but pay itself belongs with a payroll provider.
